Recruitment is never an easy process. There is going to be a time when you feel like your soul is crushed, and there will be a time when you feel really excited to be asked back to certain chapters. Focus on the chapters that asked you back and take advantage of the opportunity to learn more about their sisterhoods. Your place in the Panhellenic community is where you feel at home, not where GreekRank tells you is top tier. Keep your head held high and trust the process.

Yes!! It is better to end up in a chapter where you feel like you can be yourself than a chapter you have to pretend to be someone else bc it's a higher tier.
