Tips for PNM online rush!!!

Tips for new PNMs rushing on zoom:
1. Good lighting = so important (we want to see your pretty face)
2. Be energetic!! (If we give 100%, we love to see at least 75% back)
3. Don’t be sad if you get cut from a house you loved. It wasn’t meant to be and the process always works out!!
4. Recruitment is 50/50. We want to help you find where you fit in best as much as you choosing where you want to go.
5. When in doubt smile and nod. Do not look at your phone we can tell!!
6. We know this can be nerve racking and stressful. But don’t worry we are just as scared! It’s just like a coffee chat not a formal job interview.
