Not really. The only reason why kappa and gphi are so high up the list is because of tridelt getting kicked and chi o put on social probation 3 years ago. Before that those chapters were not even near those top spots

im a freshman and ive been hearing that piphi and kappa are better house than aphi? is that not true? im going in with an open mind but i was curious

That is false, all three on third street have good girls. Apparently kappa is in trouble, plus they don’t have as great of pairs as pi phi and aphi. All have been nice
