House or live in?
by: ?I’m spring rushing and I need to decide whether to live with 3 friends next year. What are downsides of being in a frat and not living in the house?

I’ve lived inside and outside. It depends how well you focus and how much school means to you. I recommend living somewhere else if you get distracted easily because you won’t get anything done in the house, I almost guarantee you (unless u are rlly good at cancelling out distractions). You still go to all the parties of course and hang with the boys all the time. Imo it was better for my academics and focus.

Do you have to pay less dues or something if you don’t live in? It sounds expensive asf to have rent and pay dues right?
