Houses that actually got good fall PCs...

Obv I cannot speak on all of the frats but these are the ones I was able to meet and party with first semester:

Beat: beta, theta chi, SAE

Decent: sig ep, sig chi, phi delt

Less than decent but not bad: acacia

Bad: DU, sig pi

Can’t speak on any other houses. Drop opinions below
