The houses that are “top tier” will probs be fine. Honestly I think TPA and ASA might do really well this year too since they are the only ones that’s can really do anything anyways

I mean think about it. If every houses chapter gets kicked off like aepi and DU the unhoused chapters get to stay. They also aren’t paying 14k in dues to a house they can’t stay in. And they can also still do parties with unhoused frats. They have a lot more freedom than the houses chapters do

Also they don’t have house caps. The don’t have to stop taking people at 20. They can take as many people as they want

Well spring pc won’t be living in until next year anyway and if everything goes well with the vaccine, girls will probably be able to live in next year so I don’t really think housing will be that big of a factor.

no such thing as “biggest pc”, everyone has the same quota. but I do think mid houses like zeta, xo, and axo will probably do really well. we all know top houses like aphi and pi phi are terrible at conversation, and other chapters like axid and dz only have their physical houses going for them cause they’re kinda generic so not a strong enough personality to pull a great pc

no offense but i completley disagree, i think mid tiers will suffer trying to show their personality online and girls are going to have to base more of their choice off status since many houses will look similar thru zoom

I honestly think TPA and Asa are going to do really well this year. They’re the ones that are better with conversations unlike some other houses. And they are truly being themselves when they recruit. They’re not relying on a ducking mansion for girls to like them

I was a rho gam last year and a lot of the girls liked the conversations they had with TPA and ASA. It was just the housing thing that was the deciding factor. This year might be good for them
