Sig pi used to be on the same level as Sig ep, Acacia, and Theta Chi but they have fumbled the bag so hard the past few years. Like they actually suck ass. All those houses have been getting way better and probably should b considered better than some of the houses ranked above them. Lowkey DU might be better than sig pi...

If anything sig pi has maintained or improved. They have pretty good pairs, while not top tier they are doing good for themselves
