are letters of recommendation helpful for sorority rush? it seems like some people say yes and some say that they’re not that helpful

it’s not gonna make or break you, having a letter of rec is nice but it’s probably not going to guarantee any invites back

Consider it like you would a recommendation for a job. It won't guarantee you an offer. But, it might get you a second look that you wouldn't have gotten on your own.

No & most sororities abolished their legacy program and letters of rec so don’t even bother
