Everyone on this site claims to say off campus frats are on the rise? If yes then whos rising?

Nah not really. Pike and skulls pulled in 30+ kids only relevant smaller frats

Yeah, lots of people on here dont wanna admit it, but on campus greeklife is slowly dying off. The big houses are becoming too expensive to hold with the less amount of people in greeklife and iu is slowly creating more rules by the day for on campus chapters. In the next few years big houses are gonna be completely unsustainable and a significant amount of the ones currently on campus will have been thrown off. If you wanna check out an offcampus org you best go check out Sammy, AKL, Pilam, or Skulls
