I'm willing to bet some of the really old houses that have been standing at IU for almost or over 100 years. Lambda and DU both have been there for over 100 years

The IDS wrote an article about this. The greek community should take a look, the lambda house has had multiple issues with this and outsiders including a few IUPD officers have reported unnatural activity on the property.
