Beta sig is on a year to year lease with sigma nu housing Corp that owns the house. As soon as they get enough members, they will kick beta sig out

Probably somewhere around there. The house won’t be occupied by sigma nu until fall 2022

in 2016 acacia came back and ppl thought they weren’t gonna fill the house but did, sig nu will do the same. This means their nationals will end up bidding bodies though to fill the house, still they getting it back in fall 2021
