He has a good point, realistically anyone who is rushing and wants to strive for the best should look to these houses, they are the hardest to get into and have most kids rushing so they likely are gonna get the most chill guys, they also generally have the best parties and most fun guys so girls would want to be associated with many of these houses, im not saying that other houses dont matter its just clear that for any kid who is rushing or any girl that is in greek life these houses are gonna stand out as clearly more desirable than other houses
