I’m a freshmen rusheee I need help

Why would you intentionally rush these houses? I think they’re just supposed to be there as backups

Phi psi, asig, and phi tau are all rising and decent choices. Beta sig and pike are renting houses that are gonna recolonize soon so they might be off campus by the time you’re a senior and lambda just started rebuilding. Phi psi parties are alright but they only have one a week. Asig and phi tau pair about the same and usually throw really good parties.

Asig/ phi tau- Lower tier party houses, known for throwing down harder and more consistently than other houses in their tier

Phi psi- more of a chiller house, known for having chill dudes but not partying hard or often

Beta sig- similar to phi psi. Had more time to establish themselves on campus than the others but will Likely loose their house within the next 4 years when SNU comes back

Pike- was known as the second best off campus frat but still considered worse than any on campus fraternity. Got a nice but incredibly expensive house that a sorority with more members couldn’t afford. Will loose the house when delts recolonize soon.

Lambda- biggest unknown out of all these houses. Rebuilding from nearly loosing all of their brothers in a membership review over a year ago. Hasn’t been allowed to throw a party for the last year and has no reputation yet. Hard telling what they will become.

Trust me you dont want to be in phi tau

u def don’t wanna be in pike or lambda that’s for sure they’re bottom tier. They’ve begged all the other houses for quads and no one ever says yes

I put phi psi or beta sig just based on the fact they pair slightly better than the rest.

How about actually meeting the brothers and deciding which you connect with more??!! Asking strangers to pick a house for you is just dumb. Picking a house based on how hard they party or who they party with is also dumb. Select a brotherhood based on where you feel most comfortable and you will be the happiest.
