why do business majors have a harder time

why do business majors have a harder time getting a bid for a sorority? I intend to be pre-business (SAT Score is only 1160 composite and GPA is 3.7 so I can't get direct admit) and I don't want to not get a bid just because I'm that major.

That's not true, if anything sororities love business majors because it makes them look better to have more Kelley students since it's such a highly acclaimed school

I've heard a lot that it's harder for business majors to get in, thanks for clearing that up! I thought it was because they have to devote a lot of time to school or something.
