Yes getting looked down on for the house you chose (when you could’ve went to a “better” house) is stupid. We literally all go to the same school and there’s millions of reasons why someone could’ve possibly ended up in their house, especially fraternities because you only get to go to 3-4 houses tops. Girls have it rough too because they literally are forced to go to every house and maybe that just wasn’t their day yk? Or they chose a lower house with girls that they are better friends with who knows. I’m just saying that ultimately rankings mean nothing about who you are or what you look like so don’t let it affect your self-esteem or self worth positively or negatively it is what it is

Well put, there's absolutely no reason for the level of toxicity and clout chasing present in Greek Life here
