What houses are on the comeup?

the house that's probably rising the most is phi psi. they have one of the nicest/newest houses and just got back on campus. they're definitely worth checking out

Depends where you’re from. Since you say you don’t know anyone I’ll assume you’re from out of state which seems to be an advantage in a lot of houses from guys I’ve talked to. I know guys in Phi sig especially from Cali that didn’t know anybody that were able to get bids, but they are a pretty good house to look at. If you’re from jersey look at Zbt. An up and coming Upper middle house to look at that I’ve heard takes some people that don’t have connections is Acacia. Seems like a lot of Chicago kids that I know in there but that wouldn’t be a bad option either. Whatever you do, don’t go to houses like phi psi or phi tau you’ll basically be a geed. The rankings on here are usually decently accurate for frats on here but take it with a grain of salt, as long as you’re not bottom tier you’re gonna have fun and you’re gonna get girls. Good luck

What do you mean by comeup? I'm assuming you value parties and social life. Then why don't you join a house that's already established socially; ZBT, Phi Sig, Sig Chi. But there are houses like Theta Chi and Acacia that are already established and are trying to improve socially. There are also newer houses like ASig and Phi Psi that are not yet established and would be very good if you want to join a fraternity for a leadership position. In the end, just go through rush and trust the process.
