I absolutely love this initiative!

I would like to comment on how incredibly welcoming the women of Delta Phi Epsilon are. They are so incredibly beautiful, inside and out, and it’s amazing how hey accept everyone for who they are unconditionally.

I would also like to say how kind and welcoming the women of Alpha Phi were during recruitment. They were so nice and it was a pleasure to be able to speak with them.

The women of Chi Omega are also amazing. I love how upfront and honest they are about everything. I love that they are putting their past behind them and using it to become better. They are building stronger relationships, and having better intentions. I can’t wait to see where this chapter goes, but I know they will do amazingly.

I also appreciate how fun the women of Delta Zeta are. They are so kind and welcoming, and it’s always a blast going to their philanthropy.

I love the idea of flipping Greek rank, because this site can be quite toxic. As Panhellenic women we need to do a better job at building one another up. I know it sounds cheesy but we are all Greek together, and I’ve seen wonderful things in every single chapter here at IU. I love you all.
