Anyone intel on why bids late today? Not just 1 or 2 house but many? Sup??

If you haven’t been contacted yet it’s very unlikely that you get a bid. Of course there’s some cases where there are a couple of super late bids handed out but that’s typically in the fall when some kids are more interchangeable
