It's not shocking at all. Every sorority has campuses where they are considered #1 and some where they aren't. There is no nationally "best" sorority.

I think what the OP is trying to say is ALL national Panhellenic sororities are strong. And they all have a solid national group. And because you are top does not mean you are top every where. But seriously the campuses that do not rank like we do have the best social lives looking at you.. BUTLER with your random pairs. FSU also
