I think they are all great houses. I know more girls in Theta from Kelley so I am biased, but I think liking them better is due to familiarity. The few girls I know in DG and AOPi are also cool. Stop comparing. Just let everyone enjoy their house.

Theta doesn’t pair and is a lower tier house. Even the large AGD is better than theta. Aopii for sure better

It’s pretty obvious who’s “better” you can just look at their little 5 pairs. Theta is highest out of the three with theta chi, dg is second with du or whoever they’re with, aopi doesn’t even have a pair as far as i know so they’re the worst. Simple

aopi has top gpa, high involvement, strong sisterhood, fun at pairs
theta has smart, fun girls who love each other but can't pair so at a disadvantage
dg is full of mean girls overcompensating for missing out in high school, relies on looks for everything
