What’s the best way to get involved and make more friends outside of Greek life?

Probably depends on your major. The business fraternities (at least the two I know)have social events and business connections so they are a great option. Those have applications and probably need to be submitted some time this week. If you are another major there are a lot of clubs. And athletic clubs and teams. Mark Cuban made his connections playing rugby at IU so they are social. The IU app has all the clubs

IUDM has a great sense of community and involvement. And if you were drawn to the philanthropy aspect of greek life then here you go

Almost anything. I am in a sorority but I probably spend more time with people in the workshop. If you are a freshman all of this starts now

make friends with people in your classes is probably the easiest. I've made friends from meeting people at the library because we were studying the same thing, but also staying in the dormitories has made me some friends i still have now.
