what about these ranks?

Not everyone will be happy with how you rank them. But here’s what I ranked and why
PiPhi, Kappa, AXO > These need to be the top tiers. They all got great pledge classes again.
Zeta, DZ, GPhi, Aphi > i moved APHI down. Didn’t see a great turnout for their PC this year. Honestly thinking about moving DZ to top tier. Lower top tier.
KD, AXiD, Theta, AEPhi > solid again this year. Upper middle tier
DG, AOPi, Phi Mu, ADPi, AGD > ADPI and AGD have improved in strides over the last few years and need to be considered middle tier. DG needs to go down. Lower middle tier.
TPA, SDT, DPHIE, ASA, SK. DPHIE did a great job this year and needs to not be the bottom anymore. I would put all of these chapters on one level as the lowest tier.

Nothing I said was negative, and there are great women in every chapter. But these ranks weren’t made by us women, they were made by frat boys and kids stuck in high school years and years ago. Want to even the playing field? Get everyone involved together and Greek life will change. Report this if you hate it so much - this is how people view each other in the Greek system as of today. That doesn’t mean it can’t change for tomorrow, and I’m all for change.
