aphi snap bids

I heard a rumor that half of alpha phis PC last year was snap bids because a lot of people preffed them second so they didn’t have a full pc... will this happen again this year?? I feel like it will help my odds if this is true.

Their snap bids are already predetermined and are for girls who can not go through rush due to grades etc. For example last year one of their snap bids went a girl who was in Hawaii all through recruitment.....

I wouldn't say half the pledge class, but maybe a third. And yes, they have an idea who they want to snap before preference. However all snap bids will have to go through Panhel this year, which is a first.
