why are zeta and theta bad now

Yes exactly!! Theta, if were talking pairs/attractiveness/personality, is bad.

Zeta gets decent pairs based on past rep alone and because so many middle fraternities are on probation, so they luck out. Look at their homecoming pair. The Fiji pairs will be drying up because their upperclassmen last year were close, the younger members not so much. Their pairs have gotten progressively worse over the years. I am a junior and two years ago zeta not only gave out a ton of snap bids, they did informal recruitment after formal rush. So....I would not say they are great. Last year's PC is bunch of girls who preffed them over KD, AXiD, and DG (a bunch of middle houses). No one going to Kappa, AXO, Gamma Phi or Pi Phi preffed ZTA over one of those houses.
Theta seems to be pretty nice, you know the girls who were student body president in high school but didn't go to any parties. And they don't have the highest GPA anymore, that hasn't been true for years. Phi Mu, ADPi, AOII have all had higher GPAs lately. They have a good GPA and hold a lot of leadership positions, but don't expect rocking parties.

No guy in the world is going to make a name of Hahahaha. Thanks for your input ZTA. Don't know what's up with this post though. I think both houses are solid middle and completely respectable.
