So turns out all this time none of the bottom tier frats are self-rankers: Lambda, DChi, Phi Psi, ASig, Phi Tau. It just turns out that whichever house is pairing with SK most often gets praised here because SK goes here a lot. They do this so that the frats they pair with seem higher in the tier and rising, but that's just so they could seem like it too.
