Werther you were dropped, kicked out or you decided to disaffiliate you dogged a bullet and did the right thing. I feel sorry for these Phi Psi kids paying 18,000 dollars in rent to not have a social scene and be a geed.

Deciding factor was that tiers 1 and 2 don’t fall for pyramid schemes and possess some type of social awareness
