climbing houses for spring rush

To kids rushing in the spring, consider the following houses:
Phi Sig - gets really good pairs, throw good parties, and has a solid new pc...dudes are kinda weird but i'm sure you could get over that
Sig Pi - have made some moves this past semester and have some pretty wild parties (for the most part). their fall pc is solid and the current social is finessing
Sammy - consistently get top pairs, have a dope party setup, but not too sure about the guys in the house...only bad thing is house is off campus
There are probably more houses but these are the ones I've noticed recently\n\n\n\n\n

i'm in chi o and in sig pi's defense we were planning multiple pairs for this upcoming semester before cnd...but this is greek rank and people are going to hate so whatever lol
