tpa no longer bottom tier

I get that bottom tier chapters are half the time irrelevant but people really need to stop grouping TPA with dphie and ASA. Nothing against either of those two chapters but TPA was able to get a full pledge class and girls wanted to go back. Asa and dphie both did not meet quota by a large margin. TPA is much more comparable to SDT and ADPI and has been getting better girls every year. We keep going off of past reputations but if you were to actually look at the girls that are currently in TPA a lot of them are cute, intelligent and fun girls. So, I say it’s time we cut them some slack and stop throwing them in the bottom with two chapters that you can’t compare them to.
