For chapters that only need 1 or 2 more people to fill their pledge class, when do they usually do COB or has that already occurred?

For chapters that only need one or two more, if they want you they’ll contact you, if not, it’s not your concern. You are not getting an open bid to a chapter that cut you, those one or two spots go to friends of members.

If they only need 1 or 2 they will stick with people they know well and who can fit seamlessly into the NM class. Unless you are friends with a couple dozen members of a sorority this is a moot point for you.

Chapters that only need 1 or 2 more will likely choose women that are friends with multiple sisters and not have an open bid party or anything like that.
