From what I’ve heard they actually have almost a 100% return rate this year lol I think <5 pnms have dropped them so far. That is probably why they aren’t having parties they barely have any pnms left because they have had to drop so many

lol that's not how it works...chapters rank every pnm and the girls come back if it's a mutual match, so if the sorority ranks the girls high and the girl also ranks the sorority above the "cut" line so for example as 9 or above for 9 party.

You’re clogging the feed trying to argue misinformation. Every chapter is given a very specific number every round and that number is how many pnms they invite back. They also have a shorter list of girls to replace girls on their top list if they dont rank them high enough to come back. So for example Let’s say axo had to invite back 768 for philanthropy and 210 for sisterhood if they have a 100% return rate that means every single girl they put on their invite list (all 768 & 210) also wanted to come back. If 3 girls they wanted back for sisterhood rank them lowly and they get dropped from their list they got 207 out of 210 for a 98% return rate and 3 girls from their second list move up (I’m not in axo I’m pulling these numbers out of my ass lol). But the people who said axo’s return rate is so high they might be having less rounds is right from my understanding there has only been one pnm this year that axo wanted back but didn’t get back

Sit down @pnm513, you have NO IDEA what you are talking about. LMAO at the made-up method! @please stop and @UGH have explained very well how it ACTUALLY goes.

AXO did not have a high return rate. They had 137 PNMs today, I know they did not invite 137 PNMs from 16 to 9. That;s more of a pref number of invites even for super strong recruiting chapters like Pi Phi and XO. When recruitment teams get the final numbers for recruitment, you'll see that I am right. I am a informatics person and I run the tech systems for our recruitment, I have seen the numbers.

Stop lying to people and accept the fact that this year's recruitment is just screwed up beyond belief.

If you are privy to the numbers and are posting on GR then you need to be out of a job.

I am on my CHAPTER'S recruitment team. Sorry, won't be out of a job. Sorry your chapter had a rough round. They are great house and will rebound, but be honest. If there was more transparency in the greek system in general maybe XO and DDD would still be here.

No chapter has a 100% return rate due to women who drop out of the process, even the "top" chapters. 98% is about the highest rate around and several chapters have that rate, but AXO is not one of them.

Look at their GPA and where it falls in rank, they are known to take a few grade risks from time to time. I am going to assume that they wanted to take those grade risks and their recruitment advisor dropped those women down on their list and moved some girls with higher GPAs up the list. Those girls with the higher GPAs did not put AXO in their top 9, not because there is ANYTHING wrong with AXO...great girls. This would cause their return rate to drop. Advisors don't always do the right thing, they think they know what's best but often don't know who fits in a chapter, they just see GPA and go WOW.
