Are sorority girls not allowed to drink during the whole duration of recruitment or is it just pnms?

Most PMS shouldn't be drinking period. You guys are underage. Dont get caught this close to the end of rush.

some nationals don't allow their chapters to go out either if they are under 21

Every chapter and nationals has different rules for those over 21, but, in general, we take this week to lay low. All of us will be less bloated, sleep better, and most importantly won't mess up recruitment (either as a sister or a PNM... it goes both ways) by getting drunk and doing something stupid.

Yeah honestly jumping clapping chanting and talking to three dozen strangers for 10 hours doesn’t sound that appealing to me especially hung over…so yeah self imposed dry week. I think I’ll live.
Also when you get to be my age (lol @ me being a 22 year old grandma) being drunk 24/7 isn’t the most important thing anymore. Still fun, still love to go out but test the novelty wears off.
