So they're just NOW telling you about this? That just makes this seem like utter BS. SK knows how long they've been able to have the house and their nationals have been working on housing for them for a LONG time
Get some real facts, not "girls in my house said"

This is 100% fact that they lie to pnms about their housing!! I rushed as a sophomore last year (lots of friends connections to houses etc.) and asked them about the house bc I knew that phi psi was taking it back but I wanted to see what they would say. Sure enough the sister told me they had the house as long as they wanted it. Btw I made it to sisterhood round w SK and every sister lied to me about this lol. SK u should be more careful about who you’re saying things to we aren’t all misinformed unconnected freshman if I could go back I’d report them to my Rho Gam for every blatant housing lie they told me

So what I'm getting here is that you went into rush as a sophomore with connections from other houses who assumingly gave you info about SK because they don't like them making you biased against the house. Then you went in with the mindset of being better than them and trying to catch them in the act by saying something you thought was untrue. Probably dislike them even more now for some reason or another even though this is a time where we should be supporting other women and helping to better greek life instead of tearing another chapter down.

SK will be fine either way. Some girls may not want a house. Maybe SK will get a house. They'll have to wait on their nationals and housing committee to tell them otherwise, and they'll have to tell PNMs whatever their nationals allow them to say. You're giving old news to new PNMs. Let them decide for themselves instead of inserting yourself into their experience.

While no one can say that they defenitely won’t have a house, everyone can say that they definitely don’t have a house. The two are mutually exclusive. Saying the first is technically valid, but PNM’s should be aware of that subtle double speak when they rush sk
