what are the pi phi’s like here?
by: PnmI’m a pnm and am interested in the top houses. I’m pretty and wealthy and I’m wondering how likely is it that I will be able to be in a top house? Also what are the pi phis like here?

Idk if pi phi is just about connections.. the scary thing about pi phi is that compared to the other top houses connections actually matter less. So who really knows what they're looking for. With a return rate of 99% for at least the first three rounds (I don't know the rest) they have their pick of basically any girl they want. Good luck lol

Exactly! All these people that think THEY are wealthy are so wrong! It's Mommy and Daddy's money dumb ass. The kid that's working at McDonald's is wealthier than you are because they actually have an income! Having wealthy parents does not make you wealthy.
