imo there’s a forgotten house in all three tiers and Kappa is definitely the forgotten house of the top tier. They get good pairs but are pretty irrelevant. Don’t know how they’re ever considered above axo zeta gphi dz

I’d say they’re forgotten because they keep a lot to themselves—no drama like other “top” houses. Kappas have attractive girls from old-money families—lots of single and double legacies. They participate well on campus and have bright, career-minded girls. And their houses—it sits on one of IU’s premier properties—this chapter is well over 100 years old.
People hate on them because they aren’t flashy or “out there” all the time. But Kappas know who they are.

Kappa is the top tier house that doesn’t consist of strictly insta famous girls. Seems like they don’t need to prove themselves on social media however that recruitment video was fire compared to pi phi
