Wondering what the reputations/stereotypes are of each of the top/upper mid houses (pi kapps, sig chi, beta, zbt, fiji, ksig, sammy)???

pi kapps: only good for the parties and rowdy guys, top tier notion even if some years theyre not
sig chi & beta: attractive and wealthy guys
zbt: is on the decline, lacking new pc
fiji: very wealthy, largest and best house in the nation, however weird guys
ksig: will be irrelevant, nationals cut off half of the brothers
sammy: best unhoused due to thier dope rooftop setup
