The dues and fees vary from chapter to chapter. Be realistic about being able to pay for it. Because it would be horrible to go through that very emotional, exhausting process to find out you can't pay for it when done. You could also be taking another pnms spot who would be able to meet the financial obligations. There is a link on the Panhel website that shows what each house costs.

Most houses cost in the $10-11k range to live in which is less than most dorms. SDT & AEPhi both cost over 12k and TPA is 14k. If cost is something you know you’ll have to think about it shouldn’t be hard to avoid the pricier houses but you should make sure to look over the document on the PHA website and especially look at new member costs
