The only relevant houses (in no particular order) at a social standpoint
Frats: Pi Kapps, Sig Chi, Beta, ZBT, Fiji, AEPI, Ksig, SAE, Phi Sig, Acacia, Phi Delt, Sig Pi, and Sig Ep
Sororities: Aphi, Chi O, Pi Phi, AXO, Kappa, DZ, Gphi, KD, Axid, Aephi, and Theta
These are the only houses in the social loop and have great kids. Not saying based on tiers, but from an actual social standpoint. Other houses are amazing too, but they aren't as socially in sync like these

All housed fraternities on campus have parties every single week. What is the point of leaving any off? I understand that some sororities don’t party as much as others, but you can’t say houses aren’t social just because they don’t pair with top “socially” tierd houses.
