A ranking that everyone (besides Lambda probably) can agree on:
Pi Kapps Sig Chi Beta
ZBT FIJI KSig
Phi Sig AEPi Phi Delt
SAE Acacia
Sig Pi Sig Ep
Theta Chi
DU Lambda DChi
Beta Sig Alpha Sig
PIKE Phi Psi Skulls
Etc.
Didn’t bother with the “top, middle, bottom”, just dropped down a line when I felt there was a drop in rankings of houses, also a big gap in between the first three rows in terms of pairs, parties, and guys in my opinion. Yes, Lambda runs this site so I’m sure an honest ranking like this will get downvoted. However, anyone actually in Greek life knows this is a very accurate depiction of fraternity rankings at this school. Feel free to debate

Sammy is the frat that everyone loves to hate or at least rank them way lower than they pair or just leave them off the ranking all together bc they don’t want to put an unhoused frat in the top tier. Like it or not Sammy gets consistent top tier pairs which is what the tiers are really all about when it comes down to it so I’d put them on the second line
