If this is based more on the physical appeal of the houses, I would move Theta Chi and ZBT down a lot. Their houses are not nice at all. I would move Sig Ep and DU up. They have some of the nicer houses on campus inside and out.

Who you pair with correlates to the quality of the guys/house/reputation. I get that a lot of it has to do with social status too and that will never change, but if you have all of those things there's no reason your house can't rise. It happens all the time. Also, this is an absolute garbage depiction of the IU Greek system. For a second I wasn't sure I was looking at the right school.
