Very accurate I’d say DU over DChi but could just be a personal preference thing also guys rushing tonight considering unhoused chapters remember that Phi Psi will be taking their house back for the 2019-20 school year which is the Sigma Kappa house rn and Alpha Sig will be in the TKE house which I am pretty sure they are rushing out of. All other unhoused chapters will still be unhoused next school year unless someone else gets kicked off or IU suddenly changes their mind about allowing greek housing to be built on campus (not gonna happen)
