Dchi- on the rise, fun guys, hazey but a really strong brotherhood and really fun parties

DU- falling, but still known for being nice guys, parties are hit or miss

Lambda- struggling to rise, a lot of different types of guys, considered a sororities first pair when they enter the ‘lower middle’ tier

Beta Sig- new to campus and likely won’t be around long, no one knows much about them but they are now higher ranked than unhoused

All the Third Street Frats are irrelevant except Acacia. I think DU is the best one out of all of them tho

I'd agree Beta Sig is bottom of these 4, but also when you go from hardly pairing to pairing with agd, sk, adpi, sdt, etc. in less than a year I'm pretty sure anyone would say you're on the rise tbh
