I remember seeing an ad in the IDS around finals time as well as some popup ads in the IDS about the house being for lease. Don't remember what it said.

Pike pilam delta sig and alpha sig were interested so should be soon. I’ve heard that a house is in final negotiations but idk which of those it is

ATO has a house. They were tossed from campus for 8 years and Delta Chi is currently living there.
