Going into fall 2018, raking into account little 5 incidents and spring 18 PCs. I think some of this will change this semester, with some of these houses struggling to stay where they are
top: chi o, pi phi, aphi
Upper mid: kappa, axo, zeta, dz, gphi, kd
Mid: aephi, axid, dg, aopi, phi mu, theta
Lower mid: agd, adpi, sdt, sk
Bottom: tpa, dphie, asa

What school do you go to?? Chi o has had the best pc three years running. Their pc 16 is what made them a top house and I will say that Tri delt got the best pc 17 but lost it with chi o as second. They pretty obviously got by far the best pc 18. Most insta famous or otherwise sought after pnms went chi o this year and that is a fact

Based on new pc kappa is below gphi axo and zeta. Wouldn’t even say they stand out as above dz. Absolutely no standouts or top pnms in that pc whereas all other top and top mid houses got at least a few of the top pnms even some middle and bottom houses got top pnms and kappa got zero. Really not sure where it’s cominng from that kappa is above any top mid house other than dz

I think Aphi has had many more problems with more recent rush and def gave out more snap bids. I think as years go on, ranking changes. All 3 are great houses - this is just the way I feel like it is right now.
