how does getting dropped work

Do houses make the biggest cuts after the 22 party or the 16 party? I got cut from a lot of houses after the 22 party but still got back a lot that I like and am worried about being cut after the 16 party even though I felt like I fit into some of the houses I liked

It depends on the house and last years rates. Some cut heavily earlier on and some cut heavy at the end. Getting to 3 party isn't a gurantee for a bid. Keep an open mind and a good attitude and you will have a great time where ever you end up.

Supposedly this year if you went to all the parties you were invited to and write down all the houses you are invited to pref at you are guaranteed a bid.

don't count on what you thought you loved after 22 party. You'll get to know the houses you kept a lot better as the process goes on so try to keep an open mind.

I don't think this is true. If you attend all parties and get 3x invites to pref night, it doesn't ensure a bid. THere are girls who go to all three pref parties and find out on bid night - they are bidless.

from my experience being on both sides of recruitment as a PNM and an active member in a chapter, i feel like most houses make bigger its after 16 party
