No decent fraternity will touch them. They will be relegated to the social climbing D List frats. Definitely something to keep in mind.

Greekrank has multiple anti-Theta posts at different campus page locations this winter break/semester. AFAIK none are true. Go with your heart during recruitment and understand neither campus nor panhel will tolerate any chapter(s) misbehavior.

In all other aspects theta is a solid house just like almost every other chapter on campus but if you're looking for a social life this isn't the house for you

Literally the only thing they have going for them right now is their bike team, but if you're a PNM who rides check out DG and AXO, good teams without the drama.

Bump. Theta got SNU kicked off and Sig Pi in trouble, and was the straw that broke the camel’s back for why the fraternities are on probation right now.

Okay, I understand that this is a thread dedicated to bashing Theta and I know they caused their fare share of trouble. However, to say that Theta was the catalyst for why fraternities are on probation right now is absolutely crazy. They did not cause the absurd amount of transports from fraternity houses, they did not push pledges to their breaking point to cause several hazing allegations, they did not make fraternities constantly break violations of probation, all of which were reasons why the fraternities suspended THEMSELVES.
