How do ppl know it was theta who snitched on SNU.

No real "snitch" except maybe by their nationals. Someone screenshot a Theta's snapshot that showed hard alcohol at a Theta/SNU pair and sent it to Theta nationals, who shared it with SNU nationals. Former SNU pledge separately accusied SNU of alcohol hazing. Theta on probation, SNU out and looking for someone to blame.
