do any houses just let you live in soph year?

Going to rush this year but I really don't want to live in all 4 years. I already know I want an apartment junior/senior year.

There are, as far as I know, no houses that require you to live in, though you are more likely to get a bid if they know you will live in typically. If you decide not to live in you can still be apart of the house. If you look at the Frats, most have membership of 130+, but only have about 75% living in house. Though I do not believe all houses have freshman move in their Spring semester, though I could be wrong.

You couldn't live in 4 years anyway. You are in the dorms your first year. Most require you live in for two years and then most leave their senior year. This is the typical way it works...

If you're a girl rushing sororities, most have a 2 year live-in requirement, besides DG and Phi Mu that I know of
