phi psi return

I knew people in phi psi and they said they were coming back the fall 2017 semester. Is this true and if they come back would they certainly be bottom and have no chance to rise in the tiers?

Yeah that's not true. Anyone who used to be a part of Phi Psi will not be involved when they restart. It will be all new people, and they will suck for a couple years unless they pull an acacia
