Which frats have the most manageable pledgeships?

Probably Lambda, TKE, and fraternities in that range

A huge mistake would be to join a house based on the difficulty of their pledgeship, because its only one semester and afterwards none of that matters. However, I'll answer your question anyway, easiest is Sig Ep, then I've heard that SAE, Beta and Lambda aren't too difficult and easy to manage as well.

Sig Ep doesn't have pledge ship. So if you're soft as charmin then it's the house for you

Fraternities at IU don't haze. You will be fine

As far as I know Sig Ep and Pilam are the only frats that don't haze, maybe some other bottom tier frats as well.
