To guys that got good grades while pledging: what were your strategies? What worked/didn't work etc. how do you find the proper balance?

There's no secret tips to getting good grades while pledging. If you want good grades while you pledge, you have to grind your ass off. Probably a lot of sleepless nights. It'll suck while you're doing it but it's worth it in the end.
